Fall High Holy Days Even in a Pandemic

The High Holy Days are almost here and we are putting together some fantastic online experiences for you and your family! Take heart my friends, there is much to celebrate even in the midst of a worldwide pandemic!

Holidays to take off of work/school:
You should still set these days aside for yourself and your family as special Shabbats on which you refrain from regular work.
Rosh Hashanah: Sundown 9/18 to sundown 9/19
Yom Kippur: Sundown 9/27 to sundown 9/28 (Yom Kippur will also be a time of fasting)
First Day of Sukkot: Sundown 10/2 to sundown 10/3
Eighth Day of Sukkot: Sundown 10/9 to sundown 10/10

Yom Kippur — Remembrance Photos:
If you have lost a loved one since last Yom Kippur, we’d love to remember them with you and honor their memory by posting a picture of them on Restoration’s Facebook and Instagram pages after Yom Kippur. Send us a photo and include their name, and date of birth and death, by September 24th.

Hear from Rabbi Matt about the upcoming holidays:
