Hylan Slobodkin is Beit Tikvah’s, in Newcastle, Wa, Senior Rabbi. He and his family moved to the Pacific Northwest from Phoenix, Arizona in August 1996. His wife, Rita, is the Director of Children's Education and also leads the Sisterhood/Women's Ministry. Hylan and Rita have three married children, and five grandchildren.
