Soul - Sukkot Day 1
Oct 3, 2020 • Matt Rosenberg
Nephesh, in Hebrew, is often translated as "soul" in English translations of the Bible going back to the King James Version in 1611. Nephesh doesn't really mean "soul" but rather literally "throat," and actually refers to our "being" in connection to our physical bodies. As we begin Sukkot we ask the question: what does it mean to "love God with all of our soul?"
"Soul" is part 7 of "Hearing & Doing"
